For the Best Results With Greater Responsibility

ETONNE Time Free

Etonne Plastic Surgery does its utmost for every client, every surgery and every case, and has adopted and put into practice the Time Free system in order to achieve the best possible results.

The Time Free system means that the date and the order of surgery are set, but the exact time is not fixed. This system is usually adopted by tertiary medical institutions such as higher-level general hospitals and university hospitals, so that they can do their utmost for everything the patient needs in the operating room and achieve the best possible outcome.

Etonne reflects continually and works thoroughly on patient safety and on improving the quality of care. Our clients' needs and the difficulty of surgery keep increasing, and in revision cases in particular it is often difficult to know the exact condition until the surgery begins. When we do not compromise during surgery and operate in the way that best suits the client's condition, the surgery may take less or more time than expected. For this reason the time we informed you of in advance may differ from the actual time the surgery ends, and the start time of the next surgery may also be affected by how long the previous surgery takes.

And so, even if some inconvenience follows, Etonne intends to continue the Time Free system so that we can focus solely on the surgery at hand and reach the highest level of satisfaction. We ask for your generous understanding that we may not be able to keep to the approximate surgery time we informed you of, and we promise that we will likewise do our utmost for your surgery, regardless of the time it takes.
